In support of breast cancer awareness this October, Carson Tahoe Health has donated pink athletic socks for Carson and Douglas High School’s football players to dawn for their big rivalry game October 25. Pink was chosen as it is the signature color for breast cancer, representing hope & healing for so many. Carson Tahoe Breast Center Chosen as Only Provider in Nevada to Participate in International Clinical Trial

Carson Tahoe Breast Center was selected as the only provider in Nevada, and one of only 131 worldwide, to participate in the prestigious Tomosynthesis Mammographic Imaging Screening Trial (TMIST). Carson Tahoe Kicks Off 2018 Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

Carson Tahoe Health (CTH) will celebrate its 17th annual Think Pink kick-off for breast cancer awareness on Monday, October 1. Red’s Old 395 Grill will once again host the event from 5 – 7 PM in Carson City. The event is free to attend and individuals wearing a Carson Tahoe Think Pink T-shirt (any year) will receive free appetizers courtesy of Red’s. Short-sleeved t-shirts can be purchased for a $10 suggested donation and long-sleeved for $15 at various CTH locations and at the event. Carson Tahoe Health Celebrates 100 Robotic-Assisted Surgeries

Since debuting the da Vinci Xi Surgical System in November 2017, Carson Tahoe’s expert surgeons have performed over 100 robotic-assisted surgeries. Carson Tahoe Health to Celebrate National Trails Day with New Paths and Wellness Opportunities

A new community trail will be completed June 2, on National Trail’s Day. Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space’s new 1.1 mile hiking/running/mountain biking trail, with trailhead space donated by Carson Tahoe Health, will run from the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center/Foothill Garden to Lakeview Estates.  This Saturday, volunteers will be completing The Foothill Trail, with its new trailhead just behind the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center, next to the Foothill Garden.
