Carson Tahoe Health Receives Prestigious March of Dimes Award for Achieving Outstanding Birthing Outcomes

Carson Tahoe Health’s Women & Children’s Center has been recognized by March of Dimes, an industry-leading infant mortality research & education group, for reducing the number of elective inductions and C-sections performed before 39 weeks of pregnancy to less than 3% of all deliveries. Studies show that babies born just a few weeks early have higher rates of hospitalization and illness than full-term infants. Carson Tahoe Kicks Off 2017 Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

  Carson Tahoe Health will celebrate its 16th annual Think Pink breast cancer awareness campaign on Monday, October 2. Red’s Old 395 Grill will once again host the event from 5:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. in Carson City. The event is free to attend and individuals wearing a Carson Tahoe Think Pink T-shirt (any year) will receive free appetizers courtesy of Red’s.
