Healthy Soccer Treats

Serves 24 (2 inch) bars Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes Total time: 30 minutes Ingredients 2 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cups raisins or dried mixed berries (optional) 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 large egg (beaten) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2.
