A Heartwarming Farewell to 2024

Closing out the year, the final baby of 2024 arrived at Carson Tahoe Health, bringing joy and excitement to the family and staff alike. Continuing a beloved tradition, the Western Nevada Cattlewomen’s organization presented the family with a $250 gift certificate to purchase beef. This thoughtful gift, given since 1999, underscores the importance of postpartum nutrition, providing vital zinc, iron, and protein to support new mothers in their recovery journey.

A Joyful Welcome to 2025

The first baby of 2025 made her grand debut at 4:22 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Weighing in at 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and measuring 21.25 inches long, baby Penelope was welcomed into the world by her delighted parents, Trista and James. To commemorate the special occasion, Carson Tahoe Health presented the family with a beautifully curated baby-friendly gift basket, brimming with essentials and heartfelt congratulations.
