Looking for a new way to enjoy the great outdoors while getting some exercise?  Carson Tahoe Health offers a Wellness Mile located at the 80-acre, master-planned regional medical campus! Whether you’re walking, biking,  or running, you can choose to travel the main Wellness Mile loop, the third-mile Nature Trail, or the quarter-mile Tranquility Loop. These new scenic trails offer majestic views overlooking Carson City and the surrounding Eagle Valley. The trailhead is located on the northeast end of the campus adjacent to a spacious parking lot and features a large map to explain possible routes.
