Carson Tahoe Health Phone System Resumes Normal Service

We are happy to share that as of 8:15 PM, the phone system at Carson Tahoe Health is back up and running, with calls being routed as usual. Carson Tahoe Health experienced a temporary telephone network issue earlier in the day affecting nearly all calls throughout the system and was utilizing other methods of communication to connect with patients for urgent matters. All regular CTH phone numbers used by patients and the community should now be available. We apologize for the inconvenience this unexpected outage caused and appreciate the community’s support as CTH returns to normal operations. All regular phone numbers patients and community members use should now be functioning again.


Carson Tahoe Health Experiencing Temporary Phone System Outages

Carson Tahoe Health is currently experiencing a telephone network issue that is affecting nearly all calls throughout the system including scheduling, patient billing, voicemail boxes, and more. The phones are expected to be down throughout the day (Thursday, October 20) and possibly into tomorrow. Health Needs Assessment for Quad Counties

Survey will provide insight into the community’s most pressing public health needs Carson Tahoe Health, in partnership with several area health organizations, including Carson City Health and Human Services, Lyon County Human Services and more, is inviting the public to take an online survey to determine the most pressing health-related needs from the perspective of community members. The survey requests input from the public about the availability of opportunities to be physically, mentally, socially, and economically healthy. The survey, conducted every 3 – 5 years provides local health organizations with feedback about the most pressing community health issues according to citizens, as well as provide an update on health issue status. HopeFest, Carson Tahoe Health’s pinnacle event, raises funds for local cancer patients

In partnership with Sierra Nevada REALTORS®, the 12th annual HopeFest returns, in-person, as Cornhole’s Best for HopeFest, a rockin’ cornhole tournament. The tournament will raise funds to support community members facing cancer by providing assistance with rent and mortgage payments, gas vouchers, groceries and more. Additionally, funds will help pay for the refurbishment of Carson Tahoe Health’s no-cost Merriner Cottages which provide lodging for cancer patients and their families.
