Carson City, NV – Carson Tahoe Health invites community members to participate in its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey, open now through June 30, 2025. This brief, anonymous survey is a vital opportunity to share your thoughts on the most pressing health issues facing our community and help shape the future of local healthcare.
“A healthier community starts with listening,” said Michelle Joy, President & CEO of Carson Tahoe Health. “Three years ago, your feedback through our Community Health Needs Assessment brought the youth mental health crisis to the forefront—and we’ve been working to address it ever since. This year’s survey is another chance to turn your voice into action. What we learn helps shape our roadmap, guiding how we expand access to care, enhance mental health resources, and to better support families across our region.”
The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is conducted every three years and plays a critical role in identifying gaps in health services and opportunities for growth. Survey findings are used to guide strategic planning and align community efforts, ensuring that programs and resources reflect the evolving needs of Carson City and surrounding areas. By participating, community members can directly impact how local organizations, providers, and policymakers prioritize health-related initiatives in the years ahead.
Whether it’s access to affordable care, behavioral health services, or family support, your feedback will help guide how Carson Tahoe and its partners respond with meaningful solutions.
As a thank you, participants will be entered into a drawing to win prizes provided by Visit Carson City.
