Carson City, NV – Carson Tahoe Health invites community members to participate in its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey, open now through June 30, 2025. This brief, anonymous survey is a vital opportunity to share your thoughts on the most pressing health issues facing our community and help shape the future of local healthcare.

The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is conducted every three years and plays a critical role in identifying gaps in health services and opportunities for growth.
