For several months, this patient visited Carson Tahoe’s Nuclear Medicine Department for treatments, navigating an emotionally and physically challenging journey. Throughout this difficult time, Kati became a beacon of light during each visit, offering not only efficiency and professionalism but also heartfelt compassion and support.

“When I look back on the last few months, something that stands out to me is the fact that Kati never failed to brighten my morning,” the patient shared in their nomination. “Whether I was checking in for a scan or a more difficult treatment, she was always such a bright light in those really dark mornings for me.”
