Broccoli & Tomato Pasta

Serves 8 Ingredients 2 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup condensed chicken broth 1 cup dry white wine 24 sun-dried tomato halves (cut into strips) 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram 12oz dry pasta (cooked al dente) Directions Step 1 Saute garlic in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add broccoli and saute 2 minutes. Add broth and wine and bring to a boil. Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, and marjoram. Serves 8 Ingredients 3 teaspoons Vegetable oil 1/4 white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 6 cups raw chopped vegetables (Choose or add some of your favorites. scallions, broccoli florets, halved cherry tomatoes, asparagus, snow pea pods, cucumber slices, olives, mushrooms, or peppers. (Blanch if desired)) 8oz dry corkscrew pasta (cooked al dente) 1 clove garlic (minced) 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/2 salt Directions 1.
