Broccoli & Tomato Pasta | Carson Tahoe Health

Serves 8

2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup condensed chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
24 sun-dried tomato halves (cut into strips)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
12oz dry pasta (cooked al dente)

Step 1
Saute garlic in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add broccoli and saute 2 minutes. Add broth and wine and bring to a boil. Stir in tomatoes, basil, oregano, thyme, and marjoram. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Place hot pasta in a serving dish and spoon broccoli sauce over top.
