Carson Tahoe Health Recognizes 2016 Northern Nevada Nurses of Achievement Winners & Honorees

Carson Tahoe Health would like to congratulate their 2016 Northern Nevada Nurses of Achievement (NNNOA) winners and honorees. The annual NNNOA awards ceremony took place on Friday, May 6, 2016, in recognition of extraordinary nurses in Northern Nevada and their invaluable contributions to patients, each other, and the nursing profession. Fourty-six Carson Tahoe Health nurses were nominees, and four nurses received NNNOA awards.

These Carson Tahoe nurses were awarded in the following categories:

• Carson Tahoe Nurse of the Year: Alysha Chiasson, Intensive Care Unit
• NNNOA in Emergency Nursing: Jennifer Robison-Simas, Emergency Department
• NNNOA in Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation: Caleah Hindman, Long-term Acute Care
• NNNOA in Maternal Child: Jennifer Digangi, Bereavement Nurse
