Try this tasty snack for a power boost the next time you’re out and about!

Serves 32

2 tablespoons butter
2 cups miniature marshmallows or 20 large marshmallows, snipped
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 cups high-protein cereal
8oz chopped dates
16oz peanuts (salted okay, but avoid dry roast)
8oz sunflower seeds
5oz pecan halves
6oz milk chocolate pieces
6oz peanut butter pieces
15oz raisins

Step 1
In a heavy skillet, melt butter. Add marshmallows; heat and stir until mixture is melted and syrupy.

Step 2
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and mix until coated.

Step 3
Press into an 8″x8″x2″ square on a sheet of heavy foil. Cool until firm enough to cut into 2″x1″ bars.
