Easy Energy Bar Recipe

Try this tasty snack for a power boost the next time you’re out and about! Serves 32 Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups miniature marshmallows or 20 large marshmallows, snipped 2 tablespoons peanut butter 4 cups high-protein cereal 8oz chopped dates 16oz peanuts (salted okay, but avoid dry roast) 8oz sunflower seeds 5oz pecan halves 6oz milk chocolate pieces 6oz peanut butter pieces 15oz raisins Directions Step 1 In a heavy skillet, melt butter. Add marshmallows; heat and stir until mixture is melted and syrupy. Step 2 Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and mix until coated. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2.
