According to the nomination, Jacob goes beyond his role each day by answering call lights, helping patients and families navigate the hospital, and fostering meaningful connections between students, instructors, employees, and community partners. The nominator shared that “Jacob consistently demonstrates operational priorities including safety, kindness, compassion, expertise, competency, and efficiency,” and noted that his positive attitude and teamwork create a pleasant learning environment for everyone involved.
