Use your favorite white fish to create this delicious blend.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/2lb fish (sole, halibut, swordfish)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill
Directions
1. Combine yogurt, mustard and dill; set aside for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
2. Steam, broil or gill fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Spoon Creamy Dill Sauce over fish and serve.
