Homemade Healthy Popsicles

Tropical fruits are making their way back in season, which is great news for both you and the kids. Cool off this spring with these fun popsicle recipes that use only natural ingredients. The best part is that they’re incredibly easy!!

Pretty Spring Popsicles

Materials you’ll need:

Popsicle mold

Wooden sticks

Fruit -like berries, kiwis and sliced peaches

100% natural fruit juice such as: Cranberry, white grape and mango.

What to do:

Pour fruit juice and all your favorite fruit in popsicle mold. Freeze and enjoy!

Lemon and Wild Strawberry Popsicles

Materials you’ll need:

Popsicle mold

½ cup lemon juice

1 cup of water

Fresh strawberries

What to do:

Mix ingredients and pour into mold. Cool, freeze, and enjoy!

Red Berry Popsicle

Materials you’ll need:

Popsicle mold

Food processor

2 pounds of ripe red berries, washed, hulled and halved

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

What to do:

Add berries and lemon juice to food processor. Blend until berries are pureed. Add to popsicle molds. Freeze for 4-24 hours and enjoy!
