Since joining Carson Tahoe Health, Katie has helped lead the organization’s financial strategy through thoughtful planning and collaboration. In this role, she remains committed to supporting both patients and employees. She oversees strategic financial planning and budgeting. Additionally, she works closely with operational leaders to deliver data-driven, informed decision-making across the health system.
After transitioning from investment finance to healthcare in 2011, Katie has remained focused on understanding every aspect of the organization she serves. She regularly spends time alongside team members throughout Carson Tahoe Health to gain firsthand insight into daily operations, helping strengthen collaboration and ensure financial decisions support quality care.
As a Nevada native, Katie is deeply connected to the community Carson Tahoe Health serves. In addition to her leadership within the health system, she serves on the board of Northern Nevada Sports and Recreation, supporting organizations and initiatives that benefit local families.
