Effective June 1, 2026, Carson Tahoe has officially transitioned Minden Emergent Care to Minden Urgent Care, expanding access to convenient, same-day healthcare for residents of Minden, Gardnerville, and surrounding communities. Located within Minden Medical Center at 925 Ironwood Drive, Minden Urgent Care is now open daily from 7 AM – 7 PM and welcomes walk-in patients with no appointment necessary.
When Should You Visit Urgent Care?
Urgent care is the right choice for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. Patients can receive treatment for cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, ear infections, urinary tract infections, minor cuts, sprains, minor fractures, rashes, sports physicals, work-related injuries, and more.

Carson Tahoe Medical Group’s Primary Care Clinic in Minden is also accepting new patients for preventive and ongoing healthcare needs.
