What’s Included in the Sports Physical?
Each sports physical includes:
- Comprehensive health review
- Heart, lung, and vital sign assessment
- Vision screening
- Strength, flexibility, and mobility evaluation
- Injury prevention and wellness guidance
- Sports participation clearance forms completed onsite
Additional services including TB tests and TDAP vaccines are also available for an additional fee.
