Therapy dogs at Carson Tahoe Health bring smiles, comfort, and a little extra joy to patients, visitors, and team members every day. We’re proud to have nine incredible therapy dogs who visit our facilities—each with their own personality and even their own collectible trading card that you may see when they’re on duty. Whether it’s a quick cuddle in the hallway or a calming presence during a tough moment, these dogs have a special way of making our spaces feel warmer and more welcoming.
One fan favorite is Hiro, the beloved dog of our Chief Operating Officer, Scott, who comes to work almost every day and remains a familiar (and very popular!) face around campus. If you’ve ever thought your dog might have what it takes to brighten someone’s day, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re interested in registering your dog or learning more about our therapy dog program at Carson Tahoe Health, we encourage you to reach out—because sometimes healing starts with four paws and a wagging tail.
