Whitney began her nursing journey at Old Dominion University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing before continuing on to complete her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She later expanded her scope of practice by completing a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Regis College, where she gained extensive clinical training across adult, pediatric, geriatric, and psychotherapy settings.

Throughout her career, Whitney has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Her diverse experience includes primary care, pediatrics, emergency medicine, urgent care, telemedicine, and behavioral health—serving patients across a variety of age groups and needs. From her work in fast-paced ERs to her leadership in pediatric psychiatry and mobile care, Whitney brings both depth and adaptability to her practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Whitney has served as an adjunct faculty member at both Galen College of Nursing and Arizona College, mentoring the next generation of nurses and advanced practice providers.

Whitney holds Nevada RN licensure, dual national board certifications, and DEA prescribing privileges. She is certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and continues to advance her practice through both education and hands-on care.

When she’s not seeing patients, Whitney enjoys spending time with her family, time outdoors, traveling, and attending concerts.

Please join us in giving Whitney a warm Carson Tahoe welcome. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
