Dr. Ryan Powers, DO, MPH, and Philip Ferrara, PA-C joined our Urology team, and with their expertise and dedication, this further strengthens our ability to provide comprehensive urologic care to our community.
Dr. Ryan Powers, DO, MPH
Specialty: Urology
Dr. Ryan Powers joins Carson Tahoe with a strong background in urological care and a passion for improving patients’ quality of life. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy and Master of Public Health degrees from Midwestern University – ASCOM and completed his residency training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
Board Certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Powers specializes in the treatment of urologic cancers, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and kidney stones. His expertise and compassionate care make him a valuable addition to our surgical and specialty services team.
Philip Ferrara, PA-C
Specialty: Urology
Philip Ferrara, PA-C, brings a strong clinical background and a patient-centered mindset to our Urology team. He earned his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College and also holds a degree in Exercise Physiology.
Board Certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Philip is passionate about providing high-quality urologic care and working closely with patients to guide them through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
