Roasted Turkey Rolls
These roasted turkey rolls are the perfect appetizer or entree for any holiday meal.
• 1 cup plain hummus
• 1lb roasted turkey breast (thinly sliced)
• 3 tablespoons dried cranberries (chopped finely )
• 1 orange (zest, grated)
• 1/2 cup caramelized onions
• 6 whole grain tortilla wraps (6-inch diameter)
Step 1 – Spread hummus on tortilla.
Step 2 – Cover with turkey slices.
Step 3 – Sprinkle cranberries over turkey followed by zest.
Step 4 – Add several caramelized onion pieces.
Step 5 – Roll tightly
Step 6 – Trim edges of each roll with a sharp knife. Cut diagonally into pieces.
Step 7 -Stand each piece on its flat side. Serve chilled, four pieces per person.
