MoTiYoGaChi: De-Stress & Re-Energize your Body
MoTiYoGaChi can be described as a blend of yoga, movement and tai chi that is very exhilarating. In this fun 2-hour ‘play shop,’ participants will gain an understanding of how powerfully we create – and can completely de-stress and re-energize – every cell in our bodies. Additionally, attendees will be given simple tools that can be used on a daily basis to help keep the mind positive, energized, and focused. This session is open to men and women.
